ABOUT DOG TRAINERS

In Canada, dog training is an unregulated segment of the pet industry. In other words, there are no formal examination requirements for dog trainers. Anyone can claim to be a professional dog trainer.

ABOUT SANDY

Sandy Farrell is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Professional Dog Trainers. Sandy mentored under C.I.P.D.T. founder Tony Parker, a three time consecutive European Trainer of the Year recipient and respected animal behaviorist.

Sandy began training companion animals in 2010, in Port Coquitlam, BC. Sandy relocated to Kelowna in 2015 and now enjoys serving the area.

MISSION STATEMENT

Sandy’s mission is to improve the quality of life, not only for canines, but for their owners as well, through training and education. And you will learn to put into practice everyday the lessons you’ve learned.

POLICY STATEMENT

Dog training is not guaranteeing the success of the work. In order to cure your dog’s problems, you must be willing to adhere to the program. And communication is important to the training process. Solving behavior or training problems takes time, consistency and patience!

REFUNDS

Full refunds will be given for any unused portion of pre-paid dog services.
